Payment - I do not accept insurance for visits.  You may pay via cash, check or Venmo and major credit cards including for HSA and FSA accounts via your Healthie account when you sign up.   

Medical History and Information - If you have labs available, please contact your primary care provider or other specialist (cardiologist etc) to provide copies of recent medical records or test results to you. You can upload them into my Healthie platform (zoom - like platform for Dietitians).

Your List of Questions - Please write down a list of the main questions and concerns you have. Bring this list with you on all of your visits.
