I started Thrive at Home Nutrition based on the belief that we have the power in ourselves to prevent chronic illness and create optimal wellness. We can achieve this with nutritious food choices, behavior modification strategies and supportive collaboration with a qualified health practitioner.
Nutrition information today is so varied and complicated; it can feel impossible to know what to eat or who to trust with your health care.
My goal is to take science backed recommendations and work with you to personalize them to fit your individual needs and lifestyle. It's also not enough just to LEARN what what might be useful in changing our lives, but HOW to apply that knowledge and actually DO what is needed to succeed.
Working for over 20 years in hospital settings and in private practice as Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist has provided me the experience necessary to support lasting change, overcome barriers and empower you to create the path to your healthiest self.
